Rovers are an honest bunch - Boss

Rovers have drawn seven of their 10 league matches and will chase their second win at local rivals Sheffield United on Saturday knowing their performances at this stage last season had been better, according to O'Driscoll. He said: "The biggest challenge is to turn the draws into wins. We played better last season, but have to remember we lost two key players in the summer and have others out injured at the moment. "The good thing about this bunch of players is that they are totally honest and know we need to improve." O'Driscoll added: "In terms of their attitude and commitment they are first class and, if things aren't going well, they are prepared to roll up their sleeves and get on with the job."
