Oster set for Rovers return

Doncaster boss Sean O'Driscoll could welcome back midfielder John Oster for the first local derby of the season against Hull. The 31-year-old has yet to feature this season after undergoing knee surgery in the summer but returned to full training earlier this week. Oster is pushing to be included in the squad, while defender Shelton Martis could also return after missing the 4-0 defeat to Cardiff last weekend with a hamstring injury. O'Driscoll will be keen for his side to bounce back from that defeat and also has a doubt over star striker Billy Sharp who picked up a knock in training on Thursday. James Hayter (hamstring), James Chambers (knee) and Byron Webster (foot) remain on the sidelines.
