Doncaster midfielder John Oster has returned to full training following summer knee surgery. The former Everton player penned a new two-year deal at the Keepmoat Stadium and is eyeing a return against Hull this weekend. Assistant boss Richard O'Kelly admitted Oster will be a valuable addition to Rovers' options. "The other midfield players have done particularly well, but John is a good player and it will be great to have him back available for selection," he told the Sheffield Star. "John played in various positions last season. He started off wide right and also played in behind the striker and ended up playing centre midfield in the second half of the season. "He's got the experience and the ability to play in any one of those forward and midfield positions."
