O'Kelly: Rovers showed character

The South Yorkshire side made a dreadful start to the last campaign following promotion, but turned their season around after Christmas and showed more character at Vicarage Road after going a goal down. O'Kelly said: "I thought we were the better side in the first half and they shaded the second. We set off well and it was a bit against the run of play when they took the lead. "But we showed good character, something that we're going to need to do all season. "At certain points of the game, especially when we went a goal down, we'd have probably settled for a point, while at other times you think that you've a chance of all three. "But any point in this league is a good point, especially away from home."
