O'Driscoll reiterates commitment to Rovers

Doncaster manager Sean O'Driscoll has again confirmed that he is not interested in becoming Sheffield United's new manager. O'Driscoll was the overriding favourite to succeed Gary Speed at Bramall Lane, but revealed last week that he was not in the market to replace the new Wales boss. Speculation has continued to link him with Doncaster's Yorkshire rivals, though, forcing the 53-year-old to issue another public snub to the Blades. He said on Monday night: "Contrary to continuing media speculation linking me with the vacant managerial post at Sheffield United I would like to reiterate that I am not in the frame to fill this position and am concentrating solely on preparing the team for the two games we have against Scunthorpe and Sheffield United this coming weekend."
