Sharp has scored three goals in his last three matches and seven in 14 appearances for Doncaster since arriving on loan on September 1 from neighbours Sheffield United, where he had struggled to hold down a regular place in Kevin Blackwell's starting line-up.[LNB]O'Driscoll said: "Billy's been fantastic for us, he's been enthusiastic and he's a good bloke to have in the dressing room.[LNB]"When we talked to people when we were trying to get him on loan, everybody just said 'look, he wants to play football' and he shows that in everything he does.[LNB]"We take him to a school for a squad visit and he's the life and soul of the party. He comes into training with a smile on his face, even when he misses his chances.[LNB]"He gets hammered in training in a sense, physically. Somebody will go through the back of him but he doesn't moan. He gets on with it and he had a training session on Wednesday when he was unplayable. He's been good for us and hopefully we've been good for him."[LNB][LNB]
