O'Driscoll looks to keep LuaLua

The Rovers boss is currently in talks with Alan Shearer in the hope that the striker can play in Sunday's final game of the Championship season at Wolves.[LNB]And O'Driscoll is also hopeful that he can bring the 18-year-old back to the Keepmoat next season, but knows that if Newcastle are relegated, it is unlikely to happen.[LNB]"We will try and extend it (his loan) for another week - depending on what Newcastle want to do with him," O'Driscoll told his club's official website.[LNB]"We have the problem that if Newcastle come down into this division, they're not going to lend one of their players to another Championship team, so fingers crossed that Newcastle stay up.[LNB]"I suppose there are a lot of clubs in the Championship who are hoping Newcastle come down, but for us, we would like them to stay up."[LNB][LNB]
