O'Driscoll's side are under pressure to secure only their third league win of the season at the Keepmoat Stadium against the Seasiders, who Holloway has steered to within a point of the play-off places since taking over in the summer.[LNB]"I know Ian from coaching courses we've both been on and he has obviously done a shrewd job since taking over," O'Driscoll told the Doncaster Free Press.[LNB]"They were a team I liked last season but he's come in and tweaked it here and there and they're playing well and getting results.[LNB]"Ian believes in his players and gets the best out of them.
