O'Driscol - We need to improve

AS Doncaster Rovers prepare for their third pre-season friendly against Blue Square North side Solihull Moors at Damson Park afternoon, manager Sean O'Driscoll has emphasised that his side need to improve on their last pre-season outing against Quorn on Wednesday evening Missing key players through injury, O'Driscoll's side to settle with a 0-0 draw against the Leicestershire side in a game played in atrocious conditions."We just need to improve," said O'Driscoll."Quorn made it difficult for us to break them down and we were a little bit impatient. We ended up giving the ball away; however they are impatient because their attitude is first class. "I've said to the players that their attitude has been first class from the day they walked through the door for pre-season, so that needs to continue for the next ten months.""Everything else we can work on. We may change a few things and give Billy Sharp some support up front. "As we will have to do throughout the season, we need to chop and change and adapt to get the best out of the players. We are comfortable playing in various ways and this is just another step on a long treadmill of a season."The clash against the Birmingham side, where young Rovers striker Waide Fairhurst spent a spell on loan back in 2009, comes at the end of a three-day training camp at the University of Warwick."The main thing is that Warwick is a different environment," said O'Driscoll. "At the university, they have various facilities on site and much like RAF Cottesmore, where we have spent two pre-seasons in the past; it makes things easier. "Maybe in the afternoon (after training) we can spend some time in the pool or on the rock-climbing wall. "They have pool tables and table tennis and various
