Hird buoyant despite late setback

Sam Hird believes Doncaster will head to London for next weekend's clash at Crystal Palace full of confidence despite a late setback in the home draw with Swansea. James Hayter struck an opener for Rovers with his fifth goal in as many matches but Doncaster were denied a fifth home league win of the season by Angel Rangel's stoppage-time equaliser. Hird said: "We're disappointed we haven't got the three points but we need to look at it as a positive. "We've got a point against one of the best teams in the league - and we can remain positive as we look ahead to Crystal Palace. "We knew Swansea would have possession, just as we knew that when we had the ball we would have to be bright and create chances because we would get chances because of the way they play. "It's just disappointing to switch off as a defensive unit again."
