Gillett poised to tackle Tykes

Gillett, 23, signed from Southampton earlier this week for an initial two-month period with a view to making the move permanent and the midfielder will give injury-hit Rovers a big lift.[LNB]Manager Sean O'Driscoll will be without nine first-team players through injury or suspension and is looking to draft in more players on loan.[LNB]Skipper Brian Stock (knee), Adam Lockwood (foot), Byron Webster (elbow), Mark Wilson (calf), James Coppinger (ankle and calf), Sean McDaid and Steve Brooker (both knee) are all currently sidelined, while John Oster and Quinton Fortune will sit out the last of their respective three-game bans.[LNB]Doncaster have drawn their last four league matches and are chasing their first win in the Championship since the 2-0 success over Cardiff on August 28.[LNB][LNB]
