Khumalo concern for Rovers

Bongani Khumalo is one of a handful of new injury problems for Doncaster ahead of the visit of Yeovil.

The on-loan Tottenham defender has returned from international duty with South Africa nursing a groin problem.

Rovers boss Paul Dickov, who hopes to make a loan signing ahead of Friday night's game, did not want to reveal the identity of his other injured players but existing absentees include captain Rob Jones (neck), fellow defenders James Husband (shoulder) and Yun Suk-Young and forward Harry Forrester (torn quad).

Dickov told the media on Thursday: "We're down to just 15 or 16 pros - I might have to get my boots on!"

Yeovil look set to hand a debut to goalkeeper Chris Dunn.

The Glovers borrowed shot-stopper Stuart Taylor from Reading on Monday but the former Manchester City man returned to his parent club for personal reasons just 48 hours later, leaving their summer signing from Coventry as the only senior goalkeeper on their books.

Ed Upson is available again having served a one-match ban after picking up five yellow cards and manager Gary Johnson is likely to recall the midfielder.

Republic of Ireland striker Paddy Madden made his return to the starting line-up against Wigan last time out and he looks set to keep his place.
