Goalkeeper Chris Neal in contention to make his Doncaster debut

Doncaster's new loan signing Chris Neal could go straight into their squad for the home game against former boss Sean O'Driscoll's Walsall.

Goalkeeper Thorsten Stuckmann is expected to miss out due to a shoulder injury sustained during Doncaster's home defeat to Port Vale last time out and Neal will be vying with Slovakian Marko Marosi for a starting place.

Defender Andy Butler (groin), winger Cameron Stewart (back), midfielder Harry Middleton and striker Nathan Tyson (both hamstring) are all likely to remain sidelined.

On-loan Stoke teenager Eddy Lecygne is hoping to feature again in midfield as Doncaster chase their first win in five games in all competitions.

Midfielder Bryn Morris is available to make his Walsall debut after his loan from Middlesbrough.

The 19-year-old joined last week but was cup-tied for the Saddlers' 4-0 FA Cup defeat at Reading on Saturday.

Walsall are expected to keep striker Tom Bradshaw and Romaine Sawyers beyond the transfer deadline and the pair are likely to spearhead the attack.

Isaiah Osbourne is continuing his recovery from a long-term knee injury he suffered in the summer.
