Trouble and strife for Husband
James Husband is Doncaster's major injury concern for the visit of Leicester.
Husband is nursing a shoulder injury following the midweek home defeat to Burnley. The left-back has not suffered a dislocation but the area is swollen and sore and he will be assessed ahead of the game, with Rovers boss Paul Dickov on Thursday rating his chances as 'touch and go'.
Former Fox Richie Wellens, who made 129 league appearances for Leicester in a four-year spell before moving to the Keepmoat Stadium in the summer, is one of a handful of players who have been struggling with illness this week but Dickov expects the midfielder to be fit.
On-loan Manchester United striker Federico Macheda hobbled off at full-time on Tuesday night but it was nothing more than fatigue according to Dickov, who will continue to be without Harry Forrester (torn quad) and Marc de Val Fernandez (knee).
Leicester have no new problems.
The Foxes were unchanged for the fifth Sky Bet Championship game in a row against Yeovil on Tuesday night and after winning 2-1 at Huish Park, manager Nigel Pearson might be tempted to stick with the same side again.
Should he wish to make changes, the likes of Dean Hammond, Matty James, Jeff Schlupp, Gary Taylor-Fletcher, Ignasi Miquel and Marcin Wasilewski are available. However, centre-half Sean St. Ledger (knee) and striker Chris Wood (hamstring) are likely to remain on the sidelines as they recover from injury.
Former Leicester midfielder Richie Wellens, who made 129 league appearances for the club in a four-year spell before moving to Doncaster in the summer, is likely to start for Rovers - who are managed by ex-Foxes striker Paul Dickov.
