Wabara worry for Rovers

Doncaster will check on Reece Wabara ahead of the visit of Burnley.

Wabara (toe) limped off during the closing stages of the 2-2 home draw with Nottingham Forest nine days ago and missed the derby victory over Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough at the weekend. The on-loan Manchester City right-back was scheduled to train on Monday and a decision will be made on his fitness.

Harry Forrester has suffered an injury setback and could be out for another six weeks. The midfielder has been blighted by an ankle injury since joining Paul Dickov's side from Brentford in the summer and now he has suffered a tear to his quad.

Marc de Val Fernandez has stepped up his recovery from a knee ligament injury but he is yet to return to full training.

Burnley midfielder Dean Marney will miss his side's trip to the Keepmoat Stadium.

Marney will serve a one-match ban after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season during the 3-0 win over Charlton.

Clarets boss Sean Dyche is unlikely to make any other changes to the side that helped his team to their third straight league win on Saturday.

Ross Wallace remains sidelined with the knee injury that has kept him out since the middle of August.
