Coppinger predicts tight finish
Rovers had been in great form until the 3-0 defeat at Cardiff on Saturday, but are still just three points behind Tuesday night's opponents QPR.
Coppinger said: "Everybody is playing for something in this league at this stage of the season, whether it's fighting off relegation, pushing for a play-off spot or looking to secure a mid-table finish.
"There is nobody in this league that will come to the Keepmoat and make it easy for us and we don't expect them to.
"It is a fight that will go on until the last day of the season."
