Rams wait on Addison verdict

Derby County boss Nigel Clough has confirmed that the club are sweating on a foot injury sustained by Miles Addison.

The versatile 20-year-old was injured in the 4-1 home win over Blackpool and the Rams are waiting on the results of scans on Addison's right foot, amid fears that he has suffered a stress fracture.

Clough told the Evening Telegraph: "There's a possibility of that, or it could be a six-week job and we could get him back for the last month or so.

"But until we get it confirmed, we won't know for sure.

"It's not looking too favourable at the moment. He is in quite a bit of pain and it doesn't look too good."
