Rams to extend Stoor's stay

Derby County boss Nigel Clough is keen to extend Sweden international Fredrik Stoor's stay at the club.

The 25-year-old is currently on loan at Pride Park from Fulham but his initial spell with the club expired at the weekend.

Stoor had to be substituted in the second half of Saturday's 4-2 home defeat to QPR after an accidental collision with Akos Buzsaky, and Clough said: "His eye completely closed, there was no way he could continue.

"His loan has expired and we're looking to extend it this week."
