Rams lose injured Green

Derby County have lost another player for the rest of the season through injury after discovering that midfielder Paul Green's campaign is over.

The Rams saw defender Miles Addison's season ended by a foot injury on Thursday and Green's own foot problem has also now resulted in a lengthy lay-off.

The former Doncaster Rovers midfielder broke his fifth metatarsal during training on Friday morning.

Green had made 40 appearances in all competition for the Rams this season following his summer arrival from Doncaster.
