Rams forced to call off Rovers clash

The Boxing Day clash between Derby and Doncaster has been postponed due to a power failure at Pride Park.The Rams encountered an issue providing power in the West Stand on Christmas Day but resolved the problem by bringing in a back-up generator.However, the Championship club discovered they were unable to provide power through the generator on Boxing Day and after seeking advice from the Football League and the match officials the decision was made to call the game off.
