Rams duo make reserve comebacks
Barker played 67 minutes and Leacock 58 minutes as County won 4-0 courtesy of second-half strikes from Arnaud Mendy, Jermaine Johnson, Henrik Ojamaa and an own goal. The returning duo formed a central defensive partnership at the Prostar Stadium and were withdrawn as a precautionary measure with the game already won. Barker, the club's big summer signing from Championship rivals Blackpool, has been troubled by a thigh strain in recent weeks and has made only one brief first-team appearance as a substitute since his £900,000 move. Leacock has been an unused substitute in Derby's last four games as he strives for full fitness following a lengthy spell out with a groin and pelvis problem. He last featured for the first-team in November when he limped out of the Carling Cup victory at Brighton.
