Rams boss stays calm

Derby County boss Billy Davies refused to get carried away despite seeing the Rams record a sixth consecutive victory with a 2-1 win over Ipswich Town on Wednesday.
Steven Howard headed his ninth goal of the season ten minutes into the second half, and then on loan Arsenal striker Arturo Lupoli secured the points with a late winner.
"At half-time I reminded the players that five out of ten performances are not good enough and that, in the first half, we had too many five out of tens," said Davies.
"I can't fault the effort, discipline and sheer grit that we're showing to get back into games but we know that we've still got an awful lot to do.
"I'll keep my feet firmly on the ground and so will the players because there's a massive job ahead of us.
"We're trying to build character into this club which has been on its knees for years and years."
