Derby County trialist John Rooney will return to Macclesfield while Rams boss Nigel Clough decides whether he wants to try to sign the teenage striker.Clough finally got the chance to take a close look at Rooney, the brother of England striker Wayne, when he played for the reserves on Wednesday.
