New Rams chief to listen

New Derby County president Tom Glick has promised to listen to Rams fans as he prepares to begin life at the Pride Park helm.
Last month American-based General Sports and Entertainment group completed a takeover at the Midlands club with Glick handed the top job at the Premier League's bottom-placed club.
"This is a challenging and exciting time. The first thing I want to ensure is that this season in the Premier League doesn't lose momentum," he told the club's official website.
"We are conscious of course of the team's position in the league right now, but there are still new targets we can achieve and pride and points we can win on behalf of Derby County fans.
"To say I can't wait to get started at Derby County is an understatement.
"The e-mails sent to me by fans have been helpful and most have underlined what we knew all along - Derby County is a club rich in tradition and we need to be respectful of its past while we plan for its future.
"I look forward to meeting with representatives of three supporter organisations here at Pride Park on Tuesday and I can promise Rams fans I will be listening very carefully to their comments over the coming days, months and years."
