Moxey talks with Derby 'ongoing'

The Rams had a £200,000-plus offer turned down by the Grecians last month. Exeter manager Paul Tisdale has stated that he would be willing to let Moxey leave St James' Park if the price was right. City director of football Steve Perryman insists that the lines of communication between the two clubs remain open. He told the Express and Echo: "It is still ongoing at the moment.
