McEveley returns to Derby

Derby County's Jay McEveley has had his loan spell at Charlton Athletic cut short due to injury. McEveley moved to the Championship strugglers in November, but has been restricted to just three appearances for the Addicks having dislocated his shoulder in a match against Coventry City. Despite regaining fitness over the Christmas period, a reoccurrence of the injury has caused Phil Parkinson to cut the deal short. Meanwhile, Andrejs Pereplotkins has left the Rams after the club terminated his loan deal by mutual consent. Pereplotkins joined the club in August and made three appearances. He will now return to Skonto FC.
