Jewell: No more Mr Nice Guy

Derby County manager Paul Jewell has promised to be more ruthless as he plots an immediate return to the Premier League.
The former Bradford City and Wigan Athletic boss took up the managerial reins at Pride Park seven months ago, but was unable to stop the Rams being relegated to the Championship with a record-low points total of 11.
However, an upbeat Jewell said: "I'm determined not to compromise on certain things this season.
"I probably came in last year trying to help them by being nice, a little bit walking on eggshells, which is unlike me, in a way.
"That won't happen again. It's black and white now. There are no grey areas because, from day one it's going to be my team.
"There are no excuses. We've got to be disciplined, we've got to be organised, we've got to be fit, we've got to have desire. Those are the four things, the minimum requirements."
