Derby County boss Billy Davies has continued his summer spending by snapping up left-back Mo Camara and goalkeeper Stephen Bywater.

Camara, 31, has arrived from Celtic on a free transfer and put pen to paper on a three-year contract at Pride Park.

The Guinea-born defender has plenty of experience of English football, having played more than 130 league games during spells with Burnley and Wolves.

Bywater, 25, has joined the Rams from West ham United on an initial short-term loan deal to enable him to play against Hull on Saturday.

However, he has already agreed terms for a three-year contract and will make the switch permanent on Monday for an undisclosed fee.

Davies had already strengthened his squad with the signings of Dean Leacock, Steve Howard, Ryan Smith and Matt Oakley.
