Davies' short-term focus

Derby County boss Billy Davies admits that Premier League survival is the club's main aim next season, with long-term planning having been put on the back-burner.
Davies said he had been trying to implement a three-year plan at Pride Park, having only taken charge of the Rams 12 months ago, but the Scotsman now has to eye more short-term goals.
He told the Evening Telegraph: "What we can't plan for is three years ahead.
"I am planning for the next season on a month-to-month basis, because history has told us what can happen to good managers at this level.
"We brought young players into the club as part of a three-year plan.
"Some of these will have to realise that next season they will not be as consistent as they were in the Championship with regard to performances.
"They will have a huge contribution to make, but we will certainly need to bring in some top quality in order to compete.
"There is no three-year plan now. It is all about sustaining Premier League status by hook or by crook and then building from there."
