Davies set to change Rams

Derby County manager Billy Davies has promised to ring the changes in the Carling Cup in a bid to improve his side's Premier League fortunes.
The Rams face Blackpool in a second round clash at Pride Park on Tuesday evening and, after three successive league defeats, Davies is looking to freshen up his under-performing side.
Derby are currently bottom of the fledgling Premier League table after taking just one point from four games.
"I will be bringing one or two guys in because we are at that stage where one or two are champing at the bit for an opportunity and it is important to freshen it up," revealed Davies.
"What it does is allow us to look at certain people and get the partnerships right, look at the pairings and introduce new players.
"We have a lot of new guys in the dressing room and a lot of relationships to build, but it is another game to look forward to.
"I'm sure we will be ready and very much up for the cup tie.
"Every cup game is difficult, especially when a lower league club comes to play against a Premier League side, so we've got to be on the front foot and we've got to be ready to take on this challenge."
