Commons ready for Derby comeback

Derby midfielder Kris Commons says he is fit to take part in the Rams' matches over the festive period after recovering from a hamstring injury.The 26-year-old has not featured in the first-team since October but played 90 minutes in a behind-closed-doors friendly with Burton this week. Commons told BBC Radio Derby: "It's been a stop-start season so far and hopefully I am over the injury worries. "Now I want to crack on and start playing football."
