America-bound Addison set for op

The England Under-21 international's season has been blighted by the problem, restricting him to just six appearances since September. Rams boss Nigel Clough wants the problem rectifying once and for all and Addison will undergo surgical fixation of his navicular in his right foot. The club are not putting a timescale on his return until the procedure has been completed and assessed.
