Addison receives rave reviews

Derby County centre-half Miles Addison made a promising return to action during Thursday night's friendly against Dutch outfit ADO Den Haag.

The England Under-21 international is regaining his fitness after being sidelined with a foot injury and the run-out will have done him the world of good.

Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "It's been frustrating being out for so long, but hopefully that's behind me now and I can push on from here.

"It was a difficult match because they're a good side, a Dutch Premier League side and it showed. They put us under pressure at times but there was nothing we couldn't cope with."
