Addison out for the season

Derby County boss Nigel Clough's worst fears have been realised after it was confirmed that Miles Addison has been ruled out for the rest of the season with a stress fracture in his foot.

The 20-year-old picked up the injury during last month's 4-1 win over Blackpool.

Clough said: "He should be fit for pre-season training so we'll get on without him.

"The main thing is he gets it right for July - especially at his age - for his future and our future."
