Lee Camp is a lifelong Derby fan and had a season ticket in his youth. he came through the youth ranks at the club and made his senior debut on loan at Burton Albion in 2003. He made his debut for Derby as a subsitute in the last game of the 2002/2003 season against Walsall. He spent the last 3 months of the 03/04 season at QPR and won promotion with the club. He made his home debut 4 days after his 19th birthday against Leicester on the opening day of the 04/05 season and he saved a penalty. He missed only one game that whole season because of suspension and he was called up to the England Under-21 team against Spain and he picked up the clubs young player of the year award that year. camp again started the 05/06 season as number one and has been one of Derbys best players this season.
