But I think everybody would have been hugely disappointed if anything more had come out of this.[LNB] Able to concentrate on football again: Derby's Gary Teale (left)[LNB] 'It wasn't as if we were all up all night, getting up to no good. It's just that we got back so late and, looking back, probably the best thing would have been to go straight to bed. A lot was made of it and the situation got out of hand. It has taken a long time to take care of it.[LNB]'It was a big distraction that we could have done without in the build-up to such an important World Cup game. All of us were just delighted that we did get the result against Iceland because we are all so desperate to qualify.'[LNB]Teale, Steven Whittaker, Scott Brown and Alan Hutton were all reported to have joined Ferguson and McGregor for the drinking session on the team's return from a World Cup qualifier in Amsterdam, with the players hitting the bar on arrival at Cameron House around 4am.[LNB]Reports that Celtic star Brown had stayed up with Ferguson and McGregor until almost the bitter end have since been refuted by Scotland insiders, who maintain that only the Rangers pair were guilty of a serious breach of discipline by carrying on until nearly lunchtime.[LNB]
