Rams handed Gulls draw
Derby will travel to League Two Torquay if they reach the fourth round of the FA Cup.
The Rams must first negotiate non-league Crawley in their third-round encounter on Monday evening.
The fourth-round ties will take place over the weekend of January 29/30.
