Rams goalkeeper trains with Bees
The 24-year-old Wales international was third-choice keeper for the Rams last season behind Stephen Bywater and Roy Carroll and was sent out on loan to MK Dons and Luton.
Price's last first-team appearance for Derby was in a home draw against Manchester City in the Premier League in January 2008.
Rams manager Nigel Clough said: "Lewis has gone training with Brentford but there are one or two other clubs interested in him. I think he will make a decision at the end of the week."
