Rams former skipper passes

It's with sadness that Derby County Mad learned of the passing of former Rams Captin Glynn Davies

After a short illness Glyn Davies passed away on February 7th 2013 at the age of 80.

Davies a defender played 213 for Derby County from 1953 to 1961. During his stay with the Rams he Captained the side for a period.

Born in Swansea in 1932, Davies returned to Wales after his playing days were over. His funeral will take place at Swansea Cremetorium on Wednesday 20th Feb.
