Rams Cup and fixture lists out in next few days
The Carling Cup and the 2010-11 Championship fixture lists are out in the next few days. get all the news here on Derby County Mad as soon as it happens. The Rams will find out tomorrow at 9.00am who they will face in the first round of this seasons Carling Cup.This seasons Cup sees the Rams one of 15 teams seeded in the Northern section. Seventy teams will contest the first round ties with Burnley and Hull given byes to the next round as the highest finishing teams last season.All ties will be played on the week commencing Monday 9th August, the week after the opening League fixtures. Fans will be eagerly awaiting those fixtures which are to be released on Thursday 17th June. All the choice fixtures will be published here on Derby County mad once released.Tyrone Mears could be facing the Rams again next season for the first time since his controversial move from Pride ParkWith the Championship being one of the most highly contested in recent years fans will be looking out for games against Leeds United, Leicester City, Portsmouth, Hull City and of course Nottingham Forest.There will be plenty of interest in returning players as well in some of the fixtures.
