Prijovic set for Danish switch
The 19-year-old has yet to make the breakthrough into the senior set-up at Pride Park and faces stiff competition for a place in Nigel Clough's first-team plans from the likes of Kris Commons, Steve Davies, Rob Hulse, Chris Porter and Paul Dickov.[LNB]The Swiss had brief spells on loan at Yeovil and Northampton last season and also had a trial at German club MSV Duisburg this summer but he returned to the Rams on each occasion.[LNB]However, a move could be edging closer after he spent last week with Danish league leaders OB Odense and scored during a trial match.[LNB]"They are very interested in taking him in January so we are just trying to get a deal done if they want to do one," said Clough.[LNB]"If not, we will probably look to get him out on loan. If we can do it before the deadline, we will do. If not, in January."[LNB][LNB]
