Moxey deal on the horizon - Rams

The Rams had a £200,000-plus offer for the versatile 23-year-old turned down by the newly-promoted League One club last month.[LNB]Exeter manager Paul Tisdale has stated he would be willing to let Moxey leave St James' Park if the price was right, and after further discussions Derby believe they are close to getting their man.[LNB]"The negotiations have been positive and so is our relationship with Exeter," Derby chairman of football Adam Pearson told the Evening Telegraph.[LNB]"They have been very professional in the way they have undertaken things and, hopefully, we can reach an agreement in the near future.[LNB]"Talks are ongoing and we will be looking to move them towards a positive conclusion."[LNB][LNB]
