Metgod urges patience over Bueno
Derby coach Johnny Metgod has backed Spanish forward Alberto Bueno to come good in English football.
The 22-year-old has managed two appearances so far since arriving on a season-long loan from Real Valladolid.
"You can see he is a good player," said Metgod. "Tactically, he is fine. He has lovely technique, a lovely pass and good vision.
"The only thing he hasn't got at the moment is the physical ability to keep it going in games.
"That is something that is different here in the Championship than in Spain. To get the best out of him, we will need another couple of weeks."
