Irish ace O'Shea bound for England

The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international is being tracked by a host of clubs, and now he has been told he will not be turning out for the Tribesman again. He scored the winner against Bray United in a 2-1 last Friday and he looks to have signed off in style. Reports from the Emerald Isle claim that Middlesbrough are in pole position to conclude a deal for the winger, who can also play as a striker. But scouts from Portsmouth, Watford and Falkirk have all been checking on him recent weeks, as have Derby - who almost signed the player last summer. "Hopefully my agent will sort something out and hopefully I'll be going to England," O'Shea told The Connacht Sentinel. "He and Nick Leeson [Galway chief executive] have told me it was my last game for the club."
