The midfielder, who is on a season-long loan, has returned to parent club Arsenal to have his shoulder assessed after it was dislocated during Derby's 3-1 win over Nottingham Forest last weekend.[LNB]The Dutchman was replaced by Mile Sterjovski in the 16th minute and the Macedonian midfielder could now be in line to feature in the starting line-up.[LNB]Boss Nigel Clough will again be without defender Miles Addison, who will see a specialist on Monday to discover whether his season is over. The 20-year-old sat out Saturday's game with a foot injury that may require surgery.[LNB]Lewin Nyatanga replaced Addison in central defence and should keep his place.[LNB]Clough, though, could welcome back Gary Teale (hamstring) and Stephen Pearson, who is closing in on a comeback after four months out following knee surgery.[LNB][LNB]
