Hearing date set for Rams and Forest

12 October 2009 12:58
Both clubs have been charged with failure to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion following the Championship clash at the City Ground on August 29. Reds striker Nathan Tyson has also been charged with improper conduct after inciting Derby fans by waving a corner flag bearing the Forest emblem at the end of his side's 3-2 victory. Derby have admitted the charge and requested a personal hearing, which will be held at Leicester City's Walkers Stadium. Forest have denied the charge against the club but Tyson has admitted his charge. Both have requested a personal hearing and that will take place at FA headquarters at Wembley stadium.
