Derby agree compensation for Aberdeen's Chris Maguire

ShareDerby have confirmed the signing of Scotland international Chris Maguire from Aberdeen after the Clydesdale Bank Premier League club confirmed a compensation agreement had been reached. [LNB]The 22-year-old forward has penned a three-year deal with the Rams, becoming the seventh summer signing at Pride Park, after the end of his Dons contract. [LNB]Due to his age and being a product of the youth system at Pittodrie, County were required to pay a training compensation fee. [LNB]'He is a creative player and someone who can bring a spark to the team. [LNB]'He's still young and will develop and improve, but having played in the Scottish Premier League and made his international debut he already has the quality to be competitive in our squad and team.'[LNB]Aberdeen chief executive Duncan Fraser confirmed that following a period of negotiation agreement has been reached with Derby.
