Second half goals from Dave Kitson and Shane Long saw Reading leapfrog Burnley and Cardiff into fourth and send Derby crashing to their third straight loss.Long had a goal disallowed for offside and Kitson's bullet header was ruled out for the same reason. Reading opened the scoring when Jimmy Kebe crossed from the left for to Kitson to head beyond Stephen Bywater. Derby were unable to respond the lead was doubled when Long broke the offside trap and slotted the ball past Bywater.
