The 30-year-old Jamaica international joined the Eagles on loan in the January transfer window after failing to make an impact at Pride Park. Palace boss Neil Warnock admitted the Eagles may not be able to afford the ex-Preston and Sheffield United man, but Davis revealed he would jump at the chance to return to Selhurst Park. He told the Croydon Guardian: "If the door is open I would come back," said Davis. "I enjoyed playing there and if I get the chance to do so again I will take it. "I am still on contract at Derby but you can never say what the future holds. If Derby do not want me then I will have to go somewhere where they do."
