Commons injury boost for Rams
Commons is undergoing treatment on his calf after being stretchered off during the 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at the weekend.
Clough said: "The injury is not as bad as first feared. It is still very sore because he took a heavy whack on the side of his calf.
"He will have treatment and should be okay for Saturday."
Paul Connolly (foot), James Vaughan (dead leg), Rob Hulse (hip), Dean Leacock (calf) and Miles Addison (foot) are also all suffering from knocks but, like Commons, all are expected to have recovered by the weekend.
